RedBridge began operating in 2003 with the ambition of helping customers to introduce cost-effective IT environments based on Open Source and open standards. We focused initially on migrating customers to Linux as a server platform, but over time we've successfully moved into many more areas such as system development, databases, infrastructure and operation.

We have customers of all sizes in many industries nowadays, everything from medium-sized Internet service companies and authorities all the way up to major international corporations, all of which use our consultants to build business-critical solutions applied at an international level.

There are 20 was working for the company at present, with nine years of professional experience on average. We're all hugely enthusiastic about what we do, and a number of us have spoken at major IT conferences, giving us the opportunity to pass on our knowledge and swap experiences with our colleagues in the IT industry.

We're currently looking for talented Java developers who want to help with the building of a major company and who want to pass on their knowledge to their colleagues at RedBridge and when working on assignments for customers.

To succeed as a consultant with RedBridge, you should have at least four years' professional experience. As a person, you should be inquisitive, driven and sociable, and if you're familiar with other programming languages such as JavaScript, Scala or Python, this is a major advantage.
