Managed services is a range of packaged services where we take full responsibility for product function in accordance with agreed SLAs. These packaged services are available for load balancing, operating systems, middleware, databases, backup, etc.
The services are packaged per server and can be supplied during office hours or 24/7.
RedBridge can work with various server capacity types together with our services. We have three platforms of our own – RedBridge Premium, RedBridge Compute and RedBridge Apps. Besides these, we work with various cloud service suppliers and are partners to Amazon (AWS) – and ultimately, we can use our customers' server platforms.
